So no matter where you are located in the Country you can purchase your supplements & accessories on our website and expect your parcel to arrive at your doorstep with no hassle.

B. THE DELIVERY OPTIONS

CHROME SUPPLEMENTS & ACCESSORIES uses various shipping and delivery methods to get your parcel to you on time and when you need it!

 

1. SA Post Office– Parcels shipped via the South African Post Office are delivered from counter to counter Nation Wide. You will be provided with a tracking number which will allow you to track your order and collect your parcel from your local Post Office at your convenience.

    

2. Door To Door - Our Door To Door service is handled by various professional courier companies who will deliver your parcel straight to your door. With this service you will be provided with a tracking number that will allow you to track your parcel every step of the way.

*Please Note: Delivery services are free within the Free Range Areas (Areas falling within the courier companies delivery area), should you need your parcel delivered to any Outlying Area (Areas falling outside of the courier companies delivery area) and the order amount is less than R1000.00 then this service is not free and you will be charged for the delivery service. Door to door deliveries cannot be made to a PO.BOX so please provide a physical street address.

CHROME SUPPLEMENTS & ACCESSORIES reserves the right to select any delivery method best suiting each order.

C. THE DELIVERY RATES

 

1. Free Range Areas – Here at CHROME SUPPLEMENTS & ACCESSORIES we try add additional value to our customers with every order that is placed and that’s why we offer FREE DELIVERY for certain orders! Delivery services are free within the Free Range Areas, as well as for any order exceeding the amount of R1000.00 (One Thousand Rand) Should your order qualify for our Free Delivery Services then you will not incur any additional charges and will only be liable for the payment of the goods ordered.

2. Outlying Areas – Orders under R1000.00 (One Thousand Rand) being shipped to Outlying Areas (Areas falling outside of the courier companies delivery area) will be subject to a flat delivery fee. Please see the table below for more information. D. THE DELIVERY TIMES

All parcels are track able, also those sent with The South African Post Office; go to the Speed Services Website www.speedservices.co.za under QUICKLINKS click TRACK AND TRACE and type in your tracking number to see the status of your order.

When using the South African Post Office you can be collect your parcel within 4 - 7 working days. The Collection Notification by the Post Office may only be in your letter box a few days after the parcel has arrived at the Post Office however you can use the tracking number sent in our shipping email to collect your parcel even before you have received the notification. Be sure to take your parcel ID number with you which you can also find in our shipping email.

When using our Door to Door Service (Courier Company) the estimated delivery time of orders is between 2 - 5 working days, this depends on the distance the parcel needs to travel. Please also be sure that someone will be present at the address indicated to sign for the parcel otherwise there will be delays. If nobody is at home during the day please indicate your work or any other address where the parcel can be delivered to, also deliveries cannot be made to a PO.BOX so please provide a Physical Street Address.

PLEASE NOTE:

Orders placed after 12:00 on Working Days will be shipped the following day.

In some instances the delivery times specified above may not be applicable due to the size of the order or if there is an unforeseen complications. In these instances you will be contacted by a CHROME Representative who will notify you about the situation and when the order can be expected.

Orders will be shipped during Weekdays and Working Days. Orders placed after Friday 12:00 will be shipped Monday morning (Should that Monday not fall on a Public Holiday).
